Cheater Lasagna: 1lbs Italian sausage 1lb ground beef 16oz rotini pasta, cooked 1 onion diced 2tbsp mined garlic 8oz diced mushrooms 15oz tomato sauce 15oz diced Italian tomatoes (drained) 6oz can tomato paste 3tsp Italian seasoning 1tsp parsley 1tsp red pepper flakes 16oz cottage cheese 1C mozzarella 5oz parmesan 1.Cook meat wu002F onions, garlic & seasonings (set aside) 2.mix tomato sauce, paste, & diced tomatoes. 3.In a 9x13 dish begin making 2 layers of - noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella & parm (repeat) 4.Bake @ 400° 45 minutes
