The talk is on the very important issue that haunts today’s society. Incest, i.e. sexual abuse within families has remained merely an academic exercise and Ms. Dhiman through her research work has been long dedicated towards creating awareness about it. The opening lines of her speech was as hard hitting as 'I was raped by my father when I was 8... and I am a boy!’. She went on to narrate some heart rendering accounts of incest, she had come across and how we can do our bit in preventing these occurrences.
